“For Men Only” – A Pedometer Walking Program created and conducted by Certified
Health and Wellness Coach, Risa Olinsky, M.A. The program includes a top rated
pedometer specifically programmed for each participant, nutrition tips, an
individually designed 1 month walking program and a 1 month follow up. Cost of
the program is $125.00 for individuals or $100.00 when registering with a buddy.
The program will be hosted in STPT’s Millburn office on Saturday, June 28th from
3-5 pm. Participation is limited to 15. To register go to
