Maureen Wilhelm graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  Maureen Wilhelm began her career in Houston, Texas at Park Plaza Hospital working in an acute care environment.  In 1983 Maureen Wilhelm returned to her east coast roots and joined Sports Training Physical Therapy of New York as the Assistant Director of Physical Therapy.  In 1985 Maureen Wilhelm opened Sports Training Physical Therapy of New Jersey working hand in hand with the well known personal training facility, Sports Training Institute.  Maureen Wilhelm has been in the outpatient orthopaedic environment for the last 25 years specializing in sports medicine.  Maureen Wilhelm and her staff provided physical therapy care for the New Jersey Nets and New Jersey Devils from 1986 though 1988
