Gentle Yoga

The practice of yoga, the postures, breathing techniques and meditations, effects us in different ways and give us ‘tools’ to use in our everyday life. When in yoga we are in a position to change. Learning to be in yoga postures requires coordination, physical movement, mental focus and attention to our breathing. These combined efforts stimulate personal development, physically and emotionally.
